The documents required depends on who will be repaying the loan.
For student repaid loans, you will need to have the following information on hand:
a copy of your immigration status document (ie PR card, COPR, notice of decision about your refugee status, etc.)
a government-issued photo ID, if your immigration status document doesn’t have a photo
proof of your address, if your government-issued photo ID does not have it
Your employment information
Evidence of enrollment in final year of a recognized educational program e.g. enrollment letter, proof of tuition fees, tuition schedule or current timetable
Proof of balance of the tuition amount demonstrated by Student account statement or at least 60 days history of your bank statements/investment statement or any combination of these documents
Current 3 months banks statement
your void cheque or Direct Deposit Form, which you can download from your online bank account
Your credit report
For guardian repaid loans, you will need to have the following information on hand:

Your guardian’s proof of income demonstrated by current 3 months banks statements showing Salary Deposits or Real Estate Title Document and Current Listing for Sale
