We currently have recent graduates and immigrant professionals waiting for a mentor like you in all types of occupations: Marketing, Finance, Cybersecurity, Project Management, Human Resources, Law, etc.
Oasis' Mentorship Program can help you develop your leadership & coaching skills, develop cross cultural communication skills and add to your professional network while giving back in a meaninful way!
Who can get involved?
We are looking for leaders who are interested in their own professional development, have insights about the Canadian Job market, considerate about employment issues for skilled immigrants and are open to learning about the challenges they face.
Our mentors are:

Established in their Career (at least 5 years of professional work experience)

Familiar with the Canadian or North American Workplace

Personable and willing to share their industry and life knowledge with others

Willing to commit at least 1 hour/month for 3 months
